RingTwice terms
Effective October 12, 2026
RingTwice is a Latimer Woods service. "You" is the business that signs up.
What RingTwice does
Your phone company forwards the calls you miss, busy, unanswered or after hours, to a number we run. The caller hears your business name and can ask for a callback or leave a message. You get an email for each call.
RingTwice is not a phone line. It answers only the calls your phone company forwards to it. RingTwice does not handle emergency calls. Callers with an emergency should dial 911 directly.
The trial
- No card is needed to start.
- The trial lasts 14 days, counted from the first passed forwarding check.
- One trial per verified email and per verified business line.
- Nothing is charged unless you click "Keep RingTwice on" and complete Stripe Checkout.
When the trial ends
If you have not clicked "Keep RingTwice on", there are 7 days in which callers can still request a callback. After that, callers hear a closing message.
Paying
- After Checkout, RingTwice charges you every month on the payment method on file until you turn the service off.
- You can change your card or cancel at any time in the billing portal.
- There are no refunds.
- Upgrades take effect at once and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
If a payment fails
Service continues in full for 7 days. After that, callers hear a closed message that still takes callback requests, until the payment goes through.
Prices
Prices are per business, not per line.
- Starter: $19 a month, 1 line, about 100 caught calls a month.
- Office: $39 a month, up to 5 lines, about 300 caught calls a month, and the weekly report.
- Multi-site: $99 a month, up to 15 lines across your locations.
Done-for-you setup is $149 once, optional: $149, free for the first ten businesses.
Founding prices
A business invited at a founding price pays Starter $15, Office $25 or Multi-site $69 a month for 12 months, one founding price per card. We give 30 days' notice before the regular price starts on the same payment method.
Recordings and call records
Before a caller leaves a message, they hear that it will be recorded for your business. Message recordings are kept for 90 days and then deleted. After 90 days, caller numbers and callback numbers are deleted too; the time and outcome of each call stay so your counts still add up.
Call records are your business's data. How we handle them is on the privacy page.
Not for healthcare
RingTwice is not for dental, medical or other healthcare offices.
